Regular Fees for Villas & Serviced Apartments

Your ongoing charge is made up of a village outgoings charge plus any additional services. For further information, please refer to the Disclosure Statement.
WEEKLY VILLA FEES
The amount required for your weekly village outgoings will be supplied to you at the time of your enquiry. This fee is fixed for the duration of your occupation.
This fee includes all your:
  • Rates
  • Building Insurance (contents insurance is your own responsibility)
  • External window cleaning
  • Rubbish collection
  • Exterior maintenance and repairs
  • Gardening and lawn mowing
  • Communal facilities use and maintenance
  • Electricity for apartments
  • Administration and management
  • Emergency 24 hours nurse call system
  • Transport for weekly shopping
  • Weekly bathroom clean and vacuum for Apartments
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
(Serviced Apartments)
In addition to the services provided in the village outgoings charge, the serviced apartments have a range of other services available.
Such services may include:
  • Meals
  • Cleaning
  • Personal laundry
  • Personal care (i.e. support with showering, dressing etc.)
  • Nursing care
  • Medication supervision
The cost for these additional services will be discussed with you. Service packages will be put together to best meet your requirements. Such packages can be altered or reviewed at any time.
