Selecting your Villa or Serviced Apartment

You will be able to view the plans and/or visit the units that are of interest to you. If there is a particular unit that you like we can begin the legal process.
​This means that:
  • We can reserve the villa/ apartment for you while you and your solicitor review the Occupation Right Agreement and Disclosure Statement.
  • A deposit will need to be paid by you as confirmation of your interest. The Statutory Supervisor, Covenant Trustee Services Ltd, hold this money. Your deposit does not commit you to proceeding. You can request repayment of this money, plus accrued interest, if you decide not to proceed or cancel within the 15 day cooling period from date of signing the Occupancy Right Agreement.
