Registered Nurses are onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. An emergency nurse call system and fire protection system will ensure that help is there when you need it.
Stability
You can be assured that your weekly village outgoings charge will stay the same for the duration of your stay in that dwelling. There will be absolutely no increase in this cost.
Companionship
Living in the village offers a sense of community, with neighbours for company and support. A place to call home with activities and facilities to explore in your own time and show to your friends and family.
Accessibility
The village is conveniently located close to the centre of Oamaru township. It is close to supermarkets, local shops and other facilities. Weekly trips to town are provided. The walkway along the edge of the village has been maintained to link the village to our town.

Your new home will offer spacious living with access to landscaped gardens. With quality fittings and furnishings you will be able to relax in complete comfort and privacy.
Support
Independence is encouraged, with support available when you need it. You can look after your own garden, or utilise our gardener at no additional cost. Meals can be obtained daily from our community dining room or delivered to your home. Whatever you need, the choice is yours.
