​Our Care Facility

Our care centre offers services for those who are not able to live independently. Should short term or permanent care be required we offer a full range of options.
Each of our care rooms offer:
  • Fully furnished Individual rooms
  • Full ensuite facilities
  • Underfloor heating and radiators for a comfortable temperature adjusted to suit
  • All meals are prepared on-site with a 4 weekly rotating menu that is Dietician approved
  • Numerous sitting/lounge areas
  • Highly trained, caring staff
  • Comprehensive activity programme
  • TV in your own room
  • Wi-Fi internet, computer and telephone points in all rooms (rental charged for phone and internet usage)
  • Premium and standard rooms are offered
  • Caresuites with their own kitchenettes for tea making facilities and king single size beds are offered for purchase. Some have their own individual outside deck​
We encourage residents to bring their own belongings such as pictures and ornaments in order to personalise their room.
Observatory Village offers respite care and carer support when a bed is available.
Resthome care is for those requiring assistance and support with their personal care and daily living. All care rooms are fitted out to hospital level standard so that when needs change a higher level of care can be provided in the same room.Hospital care is for those who require more comprehensive care and registered nurse support. Electric beds with support mattresses, individual Lazy boy recliner chairs and specialised care delivery equipment is provided. A high standard of care is provided to our frail elderly, while choices and independence are promoted.
We understand the need for family support for palliative care. We have a family room available to enable rest and refreshments at this time.
