Our care facility offers services for those who are not able to live independently. Should short term or permanent care be required we offer a full range of options.

Radiator heating and underfloor heating. (heating throughout the facility is maintained at an average 21-23ºC and is audited at regular intervals)
All meals prepared on-site. Five week rotating summer/winter seasonal menu (dietician approved)

TV in your own room
Wi-Fi, internet, computer and telephone points in all rooms (rental charged for phone and internet usage)
Comprehensive activity programme
Premium and standard rooms are offered
Care suites with their own tea making facilities are offered for purchase
We encourage residents to bring their own belongings such as pictures and ornaments in order to personalise their room.
Observatory Village offers respite care and carer support when a bed is available.
