The Observatory Retirement Village, Stage 2 Villas
The village continues to expand, with the Stage 2 villa area getting ready for construction to start soon. The earthworks is significant and a lot of work has gone into sediment control and land stabilisation, with the team getting get the clay covered with topsoil as soon as possible. At this stage, about half of the loop road is being developed, and construction of the villas will commence with about 4 villas being built at a time. When finished in a few years, the loop road will have been completed and there will be approximately 50 more villas in place! Interest has been strong from people wanting to make their home at the village, and this community project continues to go from straight to strength! Mayor: Gary Kircher
Observatory Village provides a community within a community ... offering companionship, security and new experiences. We invite you to be part of this.
